Quilting…
One major aspect that has been happening the last 2-3 months has been the making of the quilt for Amanda’s sister’s wedding. Amanda is into quilting and volunteered to do the piecing part of the quilt and her mother would the the actual quilting. She spent many, many hours on the quilt and a couple of slightly emotional evenings when things were not going the way she wanted them to. But…after all was said and done, she finished it, and mailed it off this weekend. Here are some of the finished works.
At the bottom was Amanda’s favorite “helper”. Probably cut productivity in half, but she liked him around anyway.
Lastly…Glenn got a haircut. Not that this was his first, but we didn’t video record it before. For this animal crackers and Dora the Explorer are good tools.
