Glenn had his 2nd birthday party this past couple of months. Amanda planned a special bumblebee cake, with an insect themed party with lots of fun activities, hats and gift bags for the guests.
Christmas. Glenn really had fun opening up presents and putting the wrapping paper in the garbage. We enjoyed spending time with just the three of us. Glenn got some fun new toys, and Amanda and I got a variety if small items.
Glenn got a hold of Amanda’s old broken MP3 player and pretended that it was his telephone. At the same time, he got into the new baby’s car seat and was sitting in it like an armchair.
Big news (thought all who follow this probably already know) is the birth of Michaela. She came about 4 days early, to everyone’s surprise. She was 7lb 15oz and 21 inches long. Amanda and baby did well, and the whole delivery process was pretty quick. She has slightly auburn hair, not too much, and has long thin toes and fingers. My mother came the night she was born, so I had to go get her from the airport, but it was nice to have her here to help.
